Salesforce is seeking an experienced marketing manager to lead demand generation strategy and execution of programs dedicated to driving awareness in our Top US Cities. This highly energetic, results oriented individual will drive engagement through paid and earned media, Out of Home placements, above and below the line marketing tactics. In addition will be responsible for the creation of partnerships with local organizations, drive employee engagement, and leverage locally relevant customer stories to amplify brand messaging and build community good will.
Job Details•Coordinate cross-functional marketing teams, local sales organizations, and partner marketing to develop & execute dedicated marketing plans that reach regional prospect accounts to drive awareness and engagement. •Work across web, digital, and agency teams to develop innovative media plans and customer journeys that reach and engage new prospects and top underpenetrated customers, optimizing budget across quarters and cities for greatest impact. •Become the local City expert, staying current on cultural happenings, business landscape, and Mayors office priorities, as well as key events. Identify opportunities to leverage, partner, or sponsor for good will at scale.•Build relationships with local community organizations and sales teams. Align and partner on events that promote employee, customers, prospect, and salesforce community participation to ‘give back’.•Maintain a list of relevant company “tentpole” events for each Metro, looking for opportunities to coordinate with event owners on timing and plans to extend and amplify impact with Top Cities programs. •Build and manage relationships with key regional sales leaders for program alignment and support. •Collaborate with customer and industry marketing teams to create and promote relevant customer stories based on city profile. •Partner across the organization to align to a consistent way of measuring Top City program success, proving ROI on spend. Make future recommendations based upon return of investment data.•Facilitate internal communications and employee enablement to drive company wide awareness of programs and impact, looking for opportunities to amplify and collaborate for success. Qualifications5+ years experience with Go-to-market planning and campaign execution. •Proven effectiveness in cross-functional planning, execution or marketing integration.•Must have relevant marketing operations, campaign planning and/or demand gen knowledge and experience.•Able to accommodate the scheduling requirements of regional stakeholders.•Solutions oriented self-starter, proactive in looking for new ways to drive increased value and impact across the organization. Takes action.•Excellent communication and relationship management skills.•Confident creating and delivering presentations to large and small audiences. •Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. •Experience with both online and offline advertising.
