Customer Service Representative

To provide a positive experience for the member every time. Ensure requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner with appropriate follow through; be a responsive team member to meet and/or exceed all objectives; use good judgment to achieve departmental/operational objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls promptly

  • Establish positive rapport with members

  • Resolve member complaints accurately and promptly

  • Record information accurately in data bases

  • Must follow management directives/procedures

  • Adhere to policies and procedures

  • Meet department metrics

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

High School

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
