About this position:

The Marketing Project Coordinator will work on various branding projects and campaigns to represent our company in the best way possible. The person in this role will also help develop and implement marketing collateral and help manage major events throughout the year. The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for project management of campaigns for various departments and will manage the communication for the lifetime of the campaign internally and externally. The position will also provide support to the Marketing Communication Manager. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication and an aptitude for creativity.

Job requirements may include, but not be limited to:

Project Management:

  • Oversee marketing campaigns and projects from planning to implementation through analysis

  • Work with various departments, internal media group, external design agencies, photographers and others to ensure quality and accuracy of projects

  • Ensure continuity of communication throughout various channels the campaign will be shared

  • Maintain strong inventory system of collateral through all channels in ensure accuracy of information

Developing marketing collateral:

  • Create content and work with various departments to ensure accuracy of information for new collateral needs

  • Work along side Graphic Designer to create campaigns

  • Work and manage vendors to create and distribute collateral

  • Work with Marketing Communication Manager to review content and create an action plan for implementation

  • Distribute materials and help manage changes/feedback

PowerPoint presentations:

  • Presentations for events (as needed)

Various Brand Projects:

  • Uphold corporate graphics standard guides

  • Assist in corporate promotional orders

  • Assist in inventory of promotional items

  • Manage continuity and auditing of our brand to ensure various content is up-to-date

Communications:

  • Provide overall communications support to all areas of the company

  • Managing editor for content for the Round Table newsletter including editing articles

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in writing and copy editing

  • Create and manage engaging social media posts for company pages

  • Assist in updating content on our main website and online portals

Events:

  • Assist in event planning, execution and analysis for corporate, community and vendor events including but not limited to coordinating catering and venue, and assisting with development of presentation

Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 2+ years of work experience as a Marketing Project Coordinator or in a similar job role

  • Proficient using all MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Self-starter and internally motivated with the ability to create and implement new ideas, and motivate others about new initiatives

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage projects

  • Good customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
