Enerbank USA AVP, Program Marketing Director in Salt Lake City, Utah

Overview:

The Program Marketing Director (“Director”) will have expertise in the development and execution of marketing plans that grow client relationships and meet or exceed their sales goals. The Director will collaborate with client and Bank management as well as third party resources to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns designed to increase loan program adoption and utilization. These plans and campaigns must help clients and the Bank reach the true potential and benefit of these relationships. The Director will be responsible for effectively leading a team of highly skilled marketing professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Quickly gain an understanding of the client’s business platforms, distribution model, dealer networks, goals, opportunities, and challenges.

• Develop and implement marketing plans and innovative strategies that increase program and product adoption and usage. Also, build and reinforce the awareness of the benefits of actively participating in these programs or adopting new products.

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that feature campaigns with goals, budgets, strategic roadmaps, time schedules, etc.

• Develop and monitor plan and campaign performance metrics. Report these results to clients and the Bank’s sales, marketing and training management team as well as the senior management team.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to exceed client, Bank, and their performance and growth expectations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• BA/BS college degree.

• 8+ years’ experience in business to business marketing.

• 5+ years’ experience in a management role.

• 2+ Years’ experience in product marketing.

• Experience working with digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Eager to tackle challenges and motivated to develop innovative solutions that work for all parties consistent with our Win/Win core value.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Must work at our SLC, UT headquarters.

• Ability to effectively communicate and relate to different communication styles and personality types.

• Ability to “change gears” as required by business conditions as well as changing client or Bank priorities. Must be flexible and adaptable.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to lead projects, and effectively interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback from clients as well as Bank team members and management.

• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

• Organized, deliberate, and persistent in completing assigned work on time.

Compensation:

Starting wage: Depends on Experience. A generous compensation package includes medical and matching 401K plan.
