We are searching for an Asset Management Logistics and Administration candidate at our Salt Lake City, Utah location.
The Administrative Assistant - Asset Management Logistics position is a central interface between internal customers seeking to utilize demo equipment and the internal assets/processes that make these demo loans possible. The successful candidate will excel at team work, as well as working independently, data entry and tracking, research, and analyzing logistics/statistics. The ability work with people in various rolls and to treat individuals with respect is important. Must have the ability to take ownership for the position and work independently without continuous management supervision. Must have ability to track multiple activities simultaneously.
Handle email and phone requests daily.
Track usage and return of equipment in a timely manner.
Work with Operations to track equipment through the build process and then log equipment into the demo pool database.
Initiate, track, and manage repair of equipment.
Purchase replacement parts and new items for the demo lab as necessary.
Manage themselves/their workload to insure most important tasks are completed first, while assuring all tasks are worked to completion.
Identify and enter equipment into the demo asset database.
Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experienced Team Center & SAP user.
Knowledge in L3Harris process, logistics, scheduling, and operations strongly desired.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, gather usage data and perform logistic, statistical, and process analysis
Capability to effectively work with internal customers (Executives, Business Development Management, Program Managers, Engineers, and Technicians)
Must have good computer skills to help schedule use of assets. (MS Office, Excel, Rent Master).
Understanding of warehousing, stockroom, inventory management, or electronic systems also desirable.
Attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and outstanding intrapersonal skills required.
Ability to manage a large volume of email/web inquiries required.
Some exposure to financial reporting desirable.
Self starting (requiring minimal supervision)
Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
