Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Disaster Restoration Manager in St. George,UT. As an experienced Disaster Restoration Manager,you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee all aspects of the restoration process,ensuring timely completion,adherence to quality standards,and effective communication with stakeholders.

*Responsibilities *

   Project Management: Lead and manage disaster restoration projects,including planning,scheduling,budgeting,and resource allocation.

   Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients,insurance adjusters,subcontractors,and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

   Quality Assurance: Ensure that restoration work meets industry standards,client expectations,and regulatory requirements by implementing robust quality control measures.

   Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to restoration teams,fostering a culture of safety,teamwork,and excellence.

Qualifications

   Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster restoration project management,with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale restoration projects.

   Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of restoration techniques,equipment,materials,and industry best practices.

   Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and team members.

   Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills,with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Pay

$30.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 8:00am 5:00pm 

Rotating on call Schedule
