Procter & Gamble Performance Media Analyst - São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil

We are looking for a professional that leads and makes things happen, analytical thinkers and problem solvers, with excellent communications skills, who set priorities, make dedications, working effectively with diverse groups of people and demonstrates creativity, innovation and initiative capacity.

We are recruiting a performance Media Specialist, who will be in charge of planning, managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all different networks to promote P&G brands and products. Duties include planning/setting digital campaigns, analyzing metrics, identifying trends and managing media and social media platforms. We are looking for a data-driven professional, who has a multi-channel and consumer-centric vision and is able to use data and analytics to generate business results. Ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, e-commerce, and social media management that will improve digital communication with consumers and enable business growth through effective performance campaigns.

Responsibilities: oDevelop marketing strategies based on business objectives and execute marketing programs that deliver measurable business results oDevelop media plans focused on performance marketing oSupervise the implementation of media campaigns oSupport marketing initiatives and track/evaluate campaign progress oChoose the best media outlet combination for different campaigns oPrepare and present campaign proposals oMonitor campaign’s budgets oIdentify target audiences and analyze their behavior, characteristics, and routines oProgrammatic media planning and tracking oSearch campaigns setting and monitoring oIntegrate social media platforms to media plans oPrepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance oIdentify the latest trends and technologies applied to industry oEvaluate metrics that affect website traffic, creatives performance and target audience oPartner with E-Commerce / CRM peers to align and optimize efforts on media and owned communication channels

oA minimum of 3 years’ experience as a media planner or digital marketing position – including proven experience with performance-driven plans oIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics oExcellent knowledge of analytics tools and campaign evaluation metrics oHighly creative with excellent analytical abilities oExperience managing and motivating agencies, partners and vendors oCommunication and interpersonal skills oUp-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing oKnowledge in consumer journey, digital infrastructure, web analytics, SEO/SEM and web architecture oActive on social media oStrong attention to detail oMust be able to work well within a team oEnglish: Advanced/Fluent * This position can be filled with people with disabilities
