World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

The individual must be an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills, the ability to provide finance guidance to influence business decisions and to deal with complex and ambiguous business processes. As the controller, the individual will:

· Guide the business and support the general manager on financial goals through quarterly planning process

· Drive the business to deliver call-the-ball and outlooks

· Influence credit decisions on customers

· Provide sales compensation targets and drive simplification on quota setting process

· Build partnership and relationship with direct segment finance, collections, GMs, and direct sales leaders to foster Partner awareness and gain support to grow business, and leverage controls team to

· Provide financial guidance and insights on new sales/marketing programs and initiatives

· Provide financial and reporting support to sales organization on day-to-day basis

· Drive customer level profit analysis and pricing approvals on top accounts

· Ensure appropriate mitigating controls are in place, or implement preventative control points in new processes, by leveraging Global Channel and Commercial controls’ teams on CSAs and GAT MAP closures

Essential Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills in coordinating multiple sales teams to achieve business goals- Excellent communication skills across all levels in the organization and cross multiple functional teams- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills- Excellent listening, analytical, presentation, and problem solving skills- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with various support teams- Strong command skills to drive sales team for results- Sound understanding of critical business drivers and associated priorities- Flexible - ability to work in an ever changing and demanding environment- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive change and execute- Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and negotiate consensus effectively- Resourceful - ability to solve complex problems- Drive for results- Ability to handle risk, uncertainty, and changing direction- Ability to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams relating to area of responsibility

  • Desirable Requirements

  • Proven academic background in Finance/Accounting, MBA/CPA preferred- Minimum 10 years on highly visible finance positions- Strong history of complex analytical strategy building- Excellent business acumen, preferably with sound knowledge of a regional and global businesses
