Summary of Role:
Dell Financial Service is seeking an energetic and talented person to serve as an eCommerce Advisor in the End of Lease Remarketing Department. DFS has a portfolio more than $10 billion. Because of leasing activity, over 400K plus assets are returned annually and refurbished for sale within the secondary market. The role will have responsibility for ecommerce development initiatives across multiple channels. It is important that the candidate for this role be comfortable with process improvements, have an excellent attention to detail, and can successfully interact with people at many different levels in the organization. They will be part of a team fueled by collaboration, establishing best practice via continuous improvement and be results driven.
Primarily responsible for online revenue sales and ensuring maximum sales prices (ASPs average selling prices) via the DFS Remarketing sales channels
Lead, identify and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and margin using EComm channels and other affiliate programs as needed
Ability to maintain and improve the online strategy to drive eCommerce KPIs (revenue, margin, units and conversion).
Creating digital assets, including but not limited to: banners, email communications for DellRefurbished.com, DellAuction.com, etc.
Responsible for optimizing sales via the auction channel and eBay store to maximize revenue
Monitor transactions within Magento platform and ensure issues are quickly identified and addressed
Ownership and management of SEO content with ongoing optimization
PPC marketing activities (including keyword research) across multiple search engines
Oversee social media strategy and maintain a strong social media presence to enhance sales and brand awareness
Help manage and execute email marketing campaigns to maximize revenue
Help analyze and report on website performance metrics and provide ROI insights on campaign performance
Help track and test development initiatives on the EComm platform
Demonstrated leadership with highly effective interpersonal style, customer focused, and strong problem-solving ability is required; must be able to engage at all levels of Dell as well as external customers
Analyze web site performance metrics and provide ROI insights on campaign performance
Manage relationship and service with third party vendors, partners & providers
5+ years of Online eCommerce platform experience preferably with consumer electronics
Strong online marketing background and understanding of electronic communication protocols
Skilled in conceptualizing and creating marketing assets in coordination with store manager
Interaction with IT product management, ecommerce developers, legal, brand, SKU-management, inventory, logistics, customer service, reporting, analytics and finance
Knowledgeable regarding website functionality and EComm sales tools to problem solve and communicate technical issues to the EOL team and vendors
Magento EComm platform experience
Photoshop, inDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud
Online Customer Support Tool experience (i.e. Lucede or Zendesk)
Payment Processing knowledge
Exposure to Online Fraud and Risk Management Tool
Undergraduate Degree and/or relevant EComm Experience
Computer Literacy with MS Office proficiency
