Mayo Clinic IT Project Analyst in Rochester, Minnesota
This position’s primary area of responsibility is to support Information Technology Project Management Office (IT PMO) operations. This includes processing SPAD (Security, Privacy, Architecture, Data) requests from intake through completion along with daily support for IT PMO processes. Additional responsibilities include IT PMO process improvements, education, and other related efforts as processes continue to develop and expand. This position will also contribute in supporting other PPM processes such as time tracking, IT Project Methodology, IT Portfolio Management, and Capacity Planning as we continue to mature and standardize functions across all IT Divisions.
Ensures communication between and among proponents, stakeholders and IT resources regarding IT PMO requests.
Contributes to improvement efforts of established guidelines, tools, templates and methodologies.
Continuously demonstrates effective use of group facilitation, team building and conflict resolution skills.
Tracks and communicates work unit activities and has broad general knowledge of information technology and institution activities.
Bachelor’s degree and training/experience in Information Technology or Business Management.
Other qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business management is preferred.
Evidence of strong communication, organization, problem solving and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated experience with attention to detail and high quality deliverables.
Evidence of strong interpersonal skills including organizational skills.
Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $25.57 per hour.
Hours / Pay period
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
