[The Staff Accountant assists in preparing statements that follow all regulatory and accounting guidelines under the supervision of the controller. An effective Staff Accountant should have a solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). They must be organized with a great eye for detail and excellent critical thinking skills. Must be reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively.
