Microsoft Corporation Sr. Analyst Relations Manager in Redmond, Washington

Industry analysts, like Gartner and Forrester have taken notice and see “customer success strategies” as important as hyper-scale cloud capabilities. They want to learn more and provide input to our strategy.

So, as our Senior Analyst Relations Manager for Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to engage with industry analysts and assimilate their insights into company strategy, To be successful, you have a passion for the customer, love driving strategy and appreciate the many engines of Microsoft including partners, services, support and sales. You are optimistic, willing to try new approaches, have the desire to learn and the resilience to press on.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically engage with analysts to bring insights to Microsoft strategies.

  • Successfully manage key research instruments such as Gartner Vendor Rating, Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves, as well as analyst articles, blogs and social content.

  • Understand the many engines of Microsoft and how to best leverage them to represent customer success to analysts.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Strong relationship building and management skills.

  • Excellent communications, writing and project management skills

  • Deep experience and knowledge of customer go-to-market engines, communications, AR, and/or marketing experience

Preferred

  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or information technology.

  • Broad marketing and or technology program management experience preferred

  • Candidates should have a proven track record of cross-group collaboration, the ability to influence executives, corporate and field teams, business maturity and grace under pressure.

  • Passionate, results-driven and organized approach, with an attention to detail. A self-starter—with the ability to work independently and in ambiguous and changing environments—who can create and deliver strategic plans, including an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively driving to measurable results.
