Senior Program Manager IC3 Engineering Services

Your customers are the engineers working within M365 IC3 who require world class engineering infrastructure based on cloud technologies to be productive, compliant, and secure by default. The role plays a key role in contributing to existing Microsoft products such as Azure DevOps scaling the impact beyond the benefit of Microsoft engineers to our public Customers.

This role requires technical knowledge of cloud microservices, strong program management skills, analytical fluency, experience working with engineering teams and an instinct for and appreciation of the importance of engineering experience. We are looking for someone who knows how to combine technical troubleshooting for cloud microservices and Program Management to drive genuine customer-first thinking.

We are looking for a seasoned, technical and articulate Senior PM with a passion for data driven product development. This role will include interacting with leaders across Microsoft ensuring the instrumentation of an efficient Engineering Pipeline. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent leadership skills, can partner across organizations, is deeply technical, and is a passionate advocate for our internal engineers building our Azure services. This role requires proven history of delivery of large-scale programs or software projects.

Required qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience (5 + years)

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or program management

  • Demonstratedsuccess building relationships and delivering results in cross-group projects
