Within CSCP, the Spares and Warranty Operations team is a responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts, are in the right place, at the right time to support the delivery of global capacity requirements.
We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual to join the Spares and Warranty team to drive the implementation of operational changes and continuous improvements, implement industry best practices and help transform the way we do business today.Ultimately, this individual will help lay the groundwork for continued growth, at scale, delivering first-class quality services exceeding our Cloud customers’ expectations around the world.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with demonstrated ability to navigate uncharted territory, drive innovation & results, enable scale and quality, while being customer obsessed.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners that span the organization
Interface & collaborate with Suppliers, Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations & other teams to operationalize E2E solutions
Develop, implement, and manage operational business process for in-warranty and out-of-warranty service support models in collaboration with cross-functional team
Provide effective and timely progress reporting for program implementation (written and oral, including presentation with executive leadership team)
Analyze large data sets, summarizing in reports to leadership with business case, financial impact and recommendations
Identify business process and system solutions, delivering feature requests that include clear and concise business requirements documentation
Partner with Software Engineering teams, driving delivery of automated solutions
Work independently and be agile in a dynamic and growing environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Leverage the work of others to support key business initiatives & goals
Influence across the organization
Create, maintain and execute process documentation and training materials
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals including sourcing, planning, procurement, inventory management, replenishment, asset management, returns management and product lifecycle management.Embodying a data-driven, fact-based approach to problem solving is a must.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, high-volume supply chain or applicable manufacturing/hardware environment
Lean/Six-Sigma training, Kaizen, CPIM/CSCP certification is preferred
Highly proficient with Microsoft O365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and SQL
Experience in the Cloud: server and network hardware supply chains, or equivalent large-scale complex manufacturing & supply chain environments
Strong program management skills involvingmultiple internal and external partners
Demonstrated ability to work well in ambiguous situations, manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
Attention to detail, delivering high quality work on time
Ability to think strategically beyond day-to-day execution
Proven track record of strong critical thinking, problem-solving and resolution skills; implementing and driving closure on continuous improvements efforts
