Project Coordinator

job summary:

Project Coordinator needed for contract opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a strategic compliance project within the Procurement Organization.

The ideal candidate must be a team player who has reliable tactical delivery experience, while understanding and influencing strategic decisions. They must be able to own and drive work independently, but not in isolation. Balancing delivery independence, alignment with the rest of the team, and incorporating feedback will be critical to their success. We are especially looking for someone who brings strong project coordination and management rigor, and clear verbal and written communication ability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Meeting Facilitation -Plan, coordinate, schedule and prepare for multiple project meetings.

  • Project Coordination- Develop, maintain and distribute project information and documentation using standard documentation. Which will include meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, sharing department documents, SharePoint, etc.

  • Content Creation and Organization - Assist with the curation, dissemination and basic creation of key content and deliverables for a variety of stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning a project or business/clinical operations.

  • Bachelor's degree business, communications, operations or equivalent experience

  • Strong customer service mindset and emphasis on satisfaction of the leadership team

  • Ambitious, independent, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities

  • Power user of Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote and Excel

  • Executive presence and diplomacy for interaction with all levels of executives, staff, customers and partners

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Performs assigned individual project tasks and modules and contributes to completion of team tasks accurately and timely.
