The Test Automation Platform (TAP) team is an integral part of COSINE Engineering Systems team. The Test Automation Platform team is looking for an experienced Program Manager responsible for developing and implementing the all-up test content strategy for OS validation, with a focus on customer validation experiences as well as driving strategic business vison. This role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to drive strategy and solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions. A solid understanding of software development lifecycle and demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision maker's discussions related to agility, business value, and end to end information technology.


Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for test content strategy and establishing key goals and targets.

Partnering closely with Engineering teams to delivering best-in-class test content evaluation and recommendation solutions and experiences that helps OS validation that contributes to overall improvement in the OS quality while being effective as a business

Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

Use insights to continuously optimize the strategy, roadmap, and messaging channels.

Cross group collaboration with all the feature teams and strong customer advocacy as we continually engage with customers directly to ensure we deliver an amazing solution that meets their needs.

Driving the right communication strategy and own executive reviews for the project.


Required Qualifications:

6+ years' experience in a software development or program manager role managing software projects

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong customer empathy and advocacy, with a real desire to deliver great value to our customers and partners

Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel through effective communication and influencing skills

Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task

Collaborative leadership skills - exhibits willingness to engage other business partners within the organization, is innovative, creative and a team player with a solution-based approach to capture opportunities and remove barriers

Proven track record for sound decision: takes proactive steps to generate results, uses data and other inputs to make decisions, owns decision, and takes accountability for work using strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
