The SharePoint and OneDrive team is looking for a Principal Program Manager to influence our platform, reduce costs as the service scales, and tighten our integrations with the next generation of Office. Our platform is the heart of Office in the cloud; we build features and services to enable great experiences with next iterations of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
About the Position
You would join the team as a Program Manager focused on the backend services that power collaboration. This position is a rare opportunity for a technical program manager who wants to play a role, obsessed not only with making a cost-effective platform, but with how that tech stack directly impacts the end user experience on a day to day basis.
We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in and be a leader on the team.
You’ll have immediate impact by:
Learning how this large-scale service platform works and defining what we can do tomake collaboration better without breaking the bank
Partnering closely with the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams organizations to deliver cost effective designs for features that millions of customers use
Working within the organization on a long-term strategy for transforming and enhancing our services at scale

Have experience with large scale storage or online service architectures
Have a BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree
7+ years of Program Management experience
