We are the IDEAS team, the team chartered to build out the core data platform to support the generation of high quality top line metrics and experiences for the senior leaders in the E+D organization and the company. These metrics are critical for financial reporting, field compensation, and top level business decision-making. The IDEAS organization is also responsible for recommendation services that power end-user experiences in Windows, Office, XBOX, Bing, and other products across the company.
