The Operations Launch Integrated Planning team charter is to:
Manage Operations Delivery Lifecycle Process, Artifacts and associated ROB
Business ownership of supporting business process and tools ecosystem
Design and publish Launch Analytics; Launch Metric calculation and publication, Launch dashboards & reporting, process/controls adherence
Drive Launch Compliance & Risks Management; Assessing new launch demand, ensuring compliance by design process, continuously monitoring/testing Launch management controls adherence and effectiveness
The integrated planning team is looking for an experience d program manager to lead the design, implementation and management of our launch and portfolio digital transformation. In this position, you will work across business and technical teams to align systems, processes and data to deliver a single, coordinated ecosystem to drive the future of launch for Operations and the company. Success in this role will require strong business and systems analysis, process design, data modeling and business scenario management. The role will have ownership of how multiple systems and processes can be integrated and streamlined to drive critical success metrics around launch planning, execution, readiness, product/pricing, compliance and portfolio mgmt. The ability to thrive in both breadth and depth scenarios is essential for success.
Develop and drive a single vision for howa digital launch platform supports how we manage projects/launches across the company and ensure compliant, timely and quality outcomes for our end customers & partners.
Define, drive, and oversee creation of launch product(s) by conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
Define the long-term strategy of the launch platform and manage the product roadmap with both business and engineering stakeholders
Drive the identification and prioritization of opportunities for improvement across launch systems, tools and processes; evangelize changes across broader teams
Manage overall business architecture of systems for MSFT launches (over 600 product launches and projects, 15+ global teams) to drive the launch digital transformation
Ensure all processes supporting launch are standardized, documented, published and trainable to 1,000+ users within and outside of Operations
Analyze key launch performance trends; support with analytics and data
Apply broad and deep knowledge to the organization about the Operations operating model, delivery lifecycle, launch platform and strategy
Engage with launch analytics team to accelerate growth, benchmark and share operational best practices and improve overall launch health
Drive a data-driven culture through expertise and evangelism of integrated planning processes, data, reports and self-serve analytical tools (PowerBI)
5 years' minimum experience in Operations, Program Management, or Project Management
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
Experience buildinglarge, scalable enterprise applications and products
SAFE trained with applicable product management experience
Business architecture and data modeling
Strong understanding of enterprise integrated planning
Comfortable being simultaneously self-driven and collaborative, and able to drive for change.
Comfortable with ambiguity and looks to drive clarity out of complexity
Driven success in a fast-paced environment
