Microsoft Corporation Business Program Manager (Microsoft Catalyst "Inspire" Lead) in Redmond, Washington

We are seeking a Business Program Manager to be the Microsoft Catalyst "Inspire" lead. Microsoft Catalyst is a customer engagement journey to help businesses conceive and realize business transformation by taking customers through a series of curated phases: Inspire, Design, Empower and Achieve. Inspire is the first phase of the Catalyst approach to digital transformation and is crucial for helping our customers define the art of the possible and to reimagine a future business state. The Inspire Lead will drive the strategy and execution of client envisioning, blending challenger principles and design-thinking skills to create a powerful experience for our customers as we help them craft a future vision for their business.

Responsibilities

•Owns the design thinking strategy in terms of how it’s applied and how the field is readied.

•Ensures customers have a consistently experience in an Envisioning workshops whether delivered by Catalyst teams, field teams, Microsoft Envisioning Centers, Digital Advisors, or Catalyst certified partners.

•Build a repeatable framework and approach consisting of differing design-thinking recipes.

•Collaborates with Sales Enablement to create an effective learning strategy for broad adoption of design-thinking skills.

•Facilitates design-thinking workshops and trainings. Serves as coach for new workshop facilitators

•Hosts monthly community calls to support the broad adoption of envisioning workshops and design-thinking

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Design Thinking practical application in consulting or product development

  • Experience with Business Applications such as Customer Relationship Management or Enterprise Resrouce Planning

  • Successfully created and implemented a change managemetn plan resulting in organzational process change
