Must be a WV Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, have 1 year experience working with pregnant and postpartum women, experience in substance use disorder and mental health issues and a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. The Nurse Educator for Perinatal Postpartum Partnership Access Community Integration will conduct outreach to local providers to reduce stigma and build referral partnerships to increase access to care. The Nurse Educator will act as a liaison between partners and PACI to facilitate client integrated care. Rate of pay is $21-$30.73/hour.
