Job Summary

$5000,00 sign on bonus $1000 after 30 days $1000 after 90 days $1000 after 180 days $2000 after a year MUST HAVE CURRENT WV LPN LICENSE. Behavioral Health Experience Preferred. The LPN provides direct assistance with daily dispensing and delivery of medications, assesses medication compliance and assists wit referrals to medical and community providers. Full-time 36-40 hours a week. Pay is $17.50 to $21.73 per hour.
