Position Summary

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager or Lead, this position coordinates and administers assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned construction project. The positon is often at a site location.

  • Establishes procedures for and implements the introduction of changes to engineering documents for assigned project

  • Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, and support

  • Ensures that customer requirements are implemented

  • Reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with contract requirements and configuration management policies


  • Bachelors of Arts or Sciences or related experience is required

  • 4 ? 6 years of experience as a Document Controller is required

  • Very strong comfort level inside the entire Microsoft Office suite of tools is required

  • Strong organization skills in both the virtual and physical environment is required

  • Ability to work in a team is required

  • Exposure and experience handling large documents such as blue prints or documents from plotter printers is preferred

  • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology is preferred
