COMMUNITY TRUST BANK INC Training Specialist I (Pikeville) in Pikeville, Kentucky

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Teller and CSR training courses
Develop or oversee the content and production of classroom instructional material
Develop and manage training schedule
Participate as an instructor in other training programs as required
Obtain and maintain professional certification through internal and external educational requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Teller experience is required
College or continuing education preferred
General working knowledge of banking preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present information to a variety of audiences
Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
Ability to set-up training rooms
Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
Valid driver's license
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office conditions
Local travel required; no overnight travel required
