The Senior Oncology Therapy Manager is responsible for development / execution of go - to - market strategies, and the commercial success of our Oncology business within the Specialty Pharmacy business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy and plan of action for the Oncology

  • Develop and train on therapy - level differentiators

  • Convert data (IQVIA, ScriptMed,, revenue and Rx data, pipeline reports) into actionable insights

  • Monitor and utilize resources to develop new strategies - industry trends, product forecasts, competitive intelligence, headwinds / tailwinds

  • Launch oncology strategies that maximize therapy opportunities (playbooks, messaging, targeting, metrics)

  • Document customer insights generated from focus groups, surveys, field rides, conferences

  • Leadership that is transformative and drives change

  • Concept and executing novel customer engagement tools and technologies

  • Interface with pharmaceutical manufacturers to highlight Briova’s service excellence

  • Effectively manages budget

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

  • Demonstrate ability to effectively interact and cooperate with all company employees

  • Build trust, values others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity

  • Complie with all company and government policies, regulations and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR Associates Degree (or higher) with 5+ years of sales or marketing experience with in a matrix organization

  • 3+ years in a role focused on Oncology, understanding complexities and opportunities associated within Oncology

  • 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to present materials to clients internal or external at all levels of leadership

  • 5+ years’ experience using influencing, collaboration and listening skills

  • 5+ years’ experience resolving complex customer issues

  • 5+ years’ experience in a deadline driven environment

  • 5+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word (ability to create and edit documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to create and edit spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create emails and update calendar)

  • 5+ years’ experience with data analytics

  • Ability to travel 25% domestically

  • Master’s Degree (or higher)
