Hilton Market Coordinator - Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona

A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Communications and the Director of Sales & Marketing in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Communications and Director of Sales & Marketing as well as multiple Arizona Biltmore teams in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assist the Marketing team with administrative support to include, but not limited to, project management, and responding to guest reviews on reviews sites.
  • Providing website maintenance/ updates on multiple platforms
  • Updating graphics on reader boards and in-room TV messaging systems
  • Assist with property photography shoots
  • Work with social media influencers, VIP’s, and other valued guests
  • Submit purchasing orders for the Marketing & Sales team
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects
