Kforce Campus Recruitment Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona

Kforce has a client in search of Campus Recruitment Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ).Essential Functions:Analytics & Insights:

  • Assist in designing and developing business intelligence reporting for reoccurring ad hoc report requests including but not limited to: campus recruitment school dashboards, audit reports, intern conversion rates, and other key metrics

  • Create reports and dashboards that are visually attractive utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau

  • Identify campus recruitment processes, resources and tools to improve productivity and compliance

Campus Logistics & Office Operations:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of American Express campus recruitment programs such as More2Explore and Superdays, while providing logistical support including arranging travel, hotel and transportation for candidates, room reservations, catering, and candidate reimbursement

  • Manage the shipment process for campus recruitment banners, student swag, and marketing collateral traveling to over 8 schools ensuring materials are delivered and received in a timely manner

  • Oversee Technology Campus Recruitment email inbox, while categorizing and responding to over 50 candidate daily inquiries during August-November season

  • Serve as the on-site presence for our Phoenix, AZ Desert Ridge office providing our Campus Candidates with a best-in-class experience

University Relations and Recruitment:

  • Work with assigned Campus Recruiter(s) to register for Career Fairs, on-campus clubs, information sessions, and events

  • Maintain school log-in information for West Regions schools, while posting internship and full-time technology requisitions in Handshake and on university career sites

  • Process payments for all campus career fairs, student dinners, and large-scale events

  • Manage the Campus Referral Process for internal referrals

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or other related quantitative field

  • Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Expert Level)

  • Proven ability to deliver high quality and accurate reporting and data insights within demanding timelines

  • Excellent Event Planning and Analytical Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: ability to distill and present actionable and clear information from complex research

  • Demonstrated relationship management skills

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, events, and other initiatives with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to work extended hours during Campus Recruitment Season (August-November)

  • Resolve urgent matters and work under pressure
