Job Summary: Providing strategic, operational and analytical support to the GM, Growth and the overall Growth organization within Strategic Development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead management and support of the Growth portfolio companies and projects in incubation. Work with leaders to ensure implementation and execution on key deliverables.

- Provide strategic and analytical support for GM, Growth working in concert with financial and business leaders.

- Agenda setting and follow-up for Growth leadership and investment committee meetings.

- Project management, reporting and tracking for initiatives and programs that cut across multiple areas of Growth and the broader Strategic Development team.

- Interface with other corporate areas such as Legal, Procurement, TPx, Marketing and others as needed.

- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

Skills and Other Requirements:

- Experience developing business plans, business cases, and senior-executive level presentations.

- Previous management consulting experience preferred.

- Financial modeling expertise.

- Excellent diplomacy, relationship building and communications skills across all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Self-starter, capable of operating with minimal oversight.

- Highly organized and experienced in managing complex processes and meetings

- Oversees the management of large scale projects.

- Coordinates employee development experiences and actively participates in employee resourcing activities in conjunction with Human Resources.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent; MBA preferred or equivalent work experience

- Generally requires 15 years related experience
