The Office/Gifts Manager reports to the Associate Dean for Institutional Advancement. He/she will supervise an Administrative Assistant and oversee all administrative functions of the Office of Institutional Advancement to ensure the smooth operations of the entire Office while also managing its diverse interactions and ensuring maximum positive customer service with multiple constituencies, e.g. the Dean’s Office, the Finance Office, SP2’s Board of Overseers, and alumni and friends. He/she also will manage events for the Institutional Advancement Office and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, logistics and implementation of key events, such as SP2’s Board of Overseer meetings and its dedicated Alumni Weekend activities. In collaboration with SP2’s Office of Finance and the University’s Central Gifts Office, the Office/Gifts Manager will be responsible for managing all facets of existing and incoming gifts from gifts processing to producing gift agreements to reconciling and troubleshooting gift issues. Working with the Finance Office, he/she will also be responsible for coordinating all accounts payable for the Office of Institutional Advancement’s ongoing events, projects and initiatives.
A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
