The Comcast Cooperative Educational Program (Co-op) immerses students into the daily operations of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. Designed for students whose curriculum allows for a cooperative learning track, the co-op becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units. Throughout the experience, there is opportunity for exposure to mentorship and professional development while having some fun along the way.
The Comcast Business Voice Co-op will join a fast-paced product organization focused on delivering innovation to our products while maintaining the life cycle of a nearly $1.4-billion-dollar portfolio. The Co-op position will assist leadership with analytics that will help guide overall strategic vision from a product development standpoint to producing monthly reports allowing the team to report out on the health of the business.
Co-op responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Assist in compiling monthly performance reports
-Evaluate data gaps, open requests for improvements and manage implementation
-Review statics on usage of key self-service system and UCAAS tools
-Manage monthly new product KPI communications
-Participate in quantitative competitive analysis
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university that has a cooperative learning track
-Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting April 1st,2019
-Preferred Majors: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems
-3.2 minimum cumulative GPA preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly, Excel.
-Experience in software or app development a plus
-Strong communication skills
-A motivated and well-organized self-starter.
-Close attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable and media industries.
-Ability to work on a team.
-Authorized to work in the United States of America
