In partnership with broader Executive Search team, develop and deliver on strategies to deliver exceptional executive talent.

Core Responsibilities:

-Participate in initial search strategy and update meetings with Director, Executive Search and hiring executive

-Work with Director and Research team in development of search strategy

-Collaborate with team and business leaders on delivery of research engagements focused on external leadership benchmarking, mission critical talent pipelines, market intelligence, and diversity initiatives

-Partner with Research Analyst as well as directly generate candidate prospects; Utilize research tools (e.g. Encore TRM Database, LinkedIn, industry news) to identify networking contacts and passive candidate pools

-Provide team market trends and industry knowledge

-Conduct outreach to passive candidates, both online and via phone

-Conduct phone screens and provide candidate recommendations to team

-Thoroughly document candidate information in database and applicant tracking system for each interaction

-Establish relationship and maintain on-going contact with prospective candidates, creating talent pipeline

-Assist in identifying opportunities for introducing top talent to the organization (e.g. Executive Introduction program)

-Contact executive referrals for informational discussions

-Constantly build knowledge of industry, companies and functions in order to fully contribute to the strategy

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work

nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruiting, research or related field

-Some experience in Executive Search preferred.

-Strong communication (written and verbal) a must

-Ability to influence/persuade at all levels of the organization

-Demonstrated interviewing/screening skills

-Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills

-Ability to build collaborative relationships and inspire trust

-Customer focus

Job Specification:

-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

-Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
