Job Description Summary

The Associate Director of the McNulty Leadership Program will be responsible for four major job functions as part of the People Lab assessment dissemination and in support of the development of women’s leadership initiatives.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Associate Director of the McNulty Leadership Program include:

  • Manage all aspects of launching the assessments to the McNulty MBA and WEMBA student body in collaboration with People Lab; the Associate Director will function as the lead project manager and operations manager for the dissemination of assessments.

  • Design and deliver the training of executive coaches, leadership fellows, Advisory Support Network and the Graduate Division Directors team, and Wharton Executive MBA (WEMBA) staff to understand the results and educate our students about the personalized information produced by these assessments.

  • Collaborate with the People Lab staff and Wharton People Analytics faculty to understand and influence how the research and technical advancement of the assessments will impact the user experience.

  • Work in support of the McNulty Leadership Strategic Initiatives and the advancement of programming priorities with a specific focus on the Women’s Leadership Initiatives.

The ideal candidate will function expertly in dynamic, team-based environment with rapidly-changing priorities, thrive in ambiguity and have an ability to coordinate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization. With oversight from the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Associate Director will work both independently and collaboratively while serving as the key project manager to administer the survey, collect results, manage multiple constituent groups and oversee quality assurance in delivery to our students. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the skills and abilities necessary to support senior executives and work flexibly to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders. The Associate Director will function fully as a member of the McNulty Leadership Program team, and will participate in the team-based events, advocacy, and outreach necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred, and 5-7 years related experience, preferably in University and entrepreneurial settings, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in program design and project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build and sustain relationships, and build successful student-serving programs.
