Directly responsible for assigned projects such as events, travel, reports, training and the timely distribution of communications. Coordinate all HR related activities and events. Responsible for collecting and distributing information for Satair Group HR Team. Communicate with all leaders about their activities, responsibilities, report deadlines and achievements.Primary Responsibilities:Produce and/or help assemble reports on progress within the department and recommendations to achieve improvement. Data analysis, research, consolidation, and preparation of records and presentations for management.Prepares and files/records documents, management decisions, meeting minutes, etc. Support with documentation of internal and external actions and activities.Assists in managing schedules for Head of HR. Distributes information for/from the team. Organizing and supporting training documentation, travel, security and catering.Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:Intermediate / Advanced MS OfficeEducation:HS DiplomaBS preferred for future growth opportunitiesExperience:2-3 years administrative experienceKnowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:Proven experience working as an Administrator or similar roleEvidence of an organized and customer facing attitude.Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):Proven capability to communicate at all levelsTravel Required:0% Domestic and InternationalEligibility:Authorized to Work in the USClearance:NoneOrganizational information:Reports into Head of Human ResourcesThis position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.
