Job Description

Position Summary:

Utilizes processes, resources and systems in support of Teva’s Center of Excellence for patient financial assistance programs. Carries out analytical tasks, and other assignments related to optimization of product programs. Serves as a capability asset and knowledge resource in support of the company’s financial assistance programs for the US commercial portfolio (specialty and generics).

Travel Requirements: 5-10%

1.

Manage processes, prepare reports and conduct analyses across multiple programs

2.

Data administration, reporting, and documentation of program utilization, trends, and changes

3.

Act as the COE liaison to program vendors and marketing teams

4.

Support Brand marketing teams with customer communications as needed

5.

Presenting program performance and COE recommendations

6.

Participate in appropriate pharmaceutical, Market Access, healthcare, patient assistance, regulatory, training and developmental opportunities

7.

Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures

8.

Other projects and duties as required/assigned

Qualifications

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher level education

  • Microsoft Excell, analysis tools and Query tools

  • 2 years of Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry

  • Exposure to current Pharmaceutical and Healthcare issues, structure, rules and laws

Experience Preferred

  • Experience designing and creating data visualizations using Tableau

  • Understanding of commerical copay coupon design programs

  • Strong financial analysis skills including creation of financial models
