IBM Client Solution Executive in OSLO, Norway
Please note this position can be located in any Nordic country and in multiple cities.
IBM Global Technology Services is looking for a high performing Client Solution Executive. In this role, you will be accountable for business unit and specific personal objectives, including contract signings, profit, expense, and customer satisfaction. You will develop the strategies and tactics that will win the business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, competitive strategies, tactics and responses. Most importantly, your job is to manage a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Client Solution Executive you will design and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and have the overall responsibility for the final proposal to the client.
The Client Solution Executive:
Is the lead sales person on a strategic outsourcing engagement and is responsible for the overall sales effort including leading and coaching the engagement team to execute the win strategy towards the client and all relevant stakeholders.
Is responsible for the development and closing of highly complex information technology solutions to senior client executives.
Is responsible for leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet business needs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
This role has the responsibility for successfully selling and negotiating one-of-a-kind complex business relationships. They lead sales engagements, selling solutions to complex IT and business requirements. They are responsible for assembling the IBM sales engagement team and managing the team. They must also manage the customer relationship, participate in complex solutioning, establish beneficial pricing that is highly competitive and close the opportunity. These engagements are characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial, and human resources issues related to the strategic and tactical direction of customers. Proven track record in aforementioned areas is required.

Required language skills: Fluent in English and local Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian)

More than 5 years as lead negotiator and deal-maker for complex transactions.
