Position Summary:This position is accountable to the Director of Information Services in the department of Information Technology and is responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of the campus web presence technologies.
-Lead a team student developers to design, implement, maintain, and support custom applications.
-Design, implement, and maintain web and communications technologies.
-Support the University's external-facing web development.
-Establish and enforce campus web policies and standards.
Required:1. Experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications using Wordpress CMS.
Professional experience in GIT or other version control tools.
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to perform system maintenance or troubleshoot
- Ability to occasionally travel for training, professional development, or meetings.
Preferred:1. Proficiency in implementing, maintaining and optimizing modern web and communications platforms such as:
Salesforce CRM, Enterprise Web Content Management systems, Digital Asset Managers.
Proficiency in the design, creation, and maintenance of .NET applications.
Proficiency in integration of enterprise applications using JSON, XML, and Web Services.
A Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
Proficiency in agile project management.
Experience in using the JIRA project management tool.
Knowledge of test-driven development and continuous integration pipelines.
