Summary

The Hybrid Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical planning, execution, and post production of recording and livestreaming events. This role requires expertise in livestreaming and recording equipment and software, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality and seamless hybrid experiences.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

• Dallas, TX

• Las Vegas, NV

• Chicago, IL

• Orlando, FL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multiple teams in the development and production of pre and post-show records/livestream and content in various aspects of the event

• Orders labor and gear for hybrid events

• Manages hybrid elements on show site

• Manages and operates pre-records in pre production phase

• Monitors livestream and record technical challenges in real-time and troubleshoots issues

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant professional work experience required

• Minimum of 3 years of hybrid event experience

• Proficiency in various livestreaming and recording tools, software, and equipment.

• Hands on experience with various production software tools including Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

• Must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Travel Requirements

Travel 50% to 75%
