OVERVIEWinHANCE develops and sells CIS, billing, and asset management software for the utility industry serving more than 800 customers in the United States and Canada. inHANCE s solutions support essential features such as automation, e-billing, and geo-mapping to help streamline operations and improve customer service. Our sales team is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to interact directly with prospects to sell our suite of products in the western United States. You will be responsible for new account sales and B2B growth. The position is remote and requires 50-75% of travel. DETAILS The Sales Representative must be a competitive, self-starter, who can aggressively pursue new business (i.e. prospecting), have strong written and verbal communication skills, time management skills (needs to manage several unique tasks simultaneously), be effective at developing strong relationships and committed to make an impact on the bottom line. WHAT WILL BE YOUR IMPACT? * Responsible for new account sales and B2B growth. * Develop regional territory sales and marketing plan for new business * Achieve quarterly and yearly sales bookings targets * Contact potential customers in a systematic and professional manner via heavy cold calling * Prepare proposals and quotes * Perform / coordinate product demonstrations * Attend regional and national tradeshows * Maintain opportunities and leads in CRM, detailing the status of all accounts * Visit existing clients to foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for additional product sales WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * 5+ years of documented and successful experience in software sales (utility industry preferred) * Hunter attitude with a competitive spirit * Interact comfortably with decision makers and interpret their needs * Drive to exceed goals while improving bottom-line results * Work effectively within a collaborative and cohesive, team-based environment * Superior oral, written (RFP/RFI), and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlines WHAT WE OFFER? * A competitive base salary * Sales based compensation plan * Flexible working conditions: Work remote from home or out of any of the West Coast offices! * Up to 75% travel throughout North America * Additional benefits include: 401(k) options, Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, AD&D), 3 weeks vacation, and more!
