Role Summary:

On a typical day, but not limited to, the AMO Coordinator acts as primary liaison between R&M shop production and the operating entities. Responsible for servicing tools for all US Land and schedules production for upcoming job requirements. Works with US LAND Asset Management to ensure proper equipment is in place for upcoming jobs. Efficiently manages 3rd party equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Functions as the focal point and primary coordinator between AMO and Operations

  • Under minimal supervision, coordinates the production time to meet the Operational job demand

  • Provides AMO with forecast data that will enable capacity evaluations.

  • Reviews asset fleet and works with Asset Management in cases in which the fleet needs adjustment

  • Develops and improves process policy, procedures and work instructions.

  • Provides for process documentation, education and training as appropriate.

  • Monitors, reports and provides methods to ensure all demands are met

  • Interfaces with Operations/Inventory regarding job forecasts

  • Handles other special projects, tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 5 years of experience Repair and Maintenance experience

  • 2 years of experience with forecasting or materials planning

  • Experience in SAP

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred

  • Thorough knowledge of product lines and materials.

  • Highly proficient with spreadsheets/databases and related software applications.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to understand Macro and Micro-views of materials forecasting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
