Marketing Analyst and Coordinator

job summary:

Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a talented Marketing Analyst/Coordinator to join a well-known client of ours within a location in the Oakland, CA area.

This position requires the skills of a well-seasoned project management professional. This individual will be responsible for translating wellness program utilization data into meaningful business intelligence for the company's customers. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication and soft skills to manage working with a demanding Wellness Sales team. This individual will manage the implementation and processing of reports and extracts. This role also requires a strong project management background, with extensive reliance on business management skills.

  • End-to-end accountability for planning, creation and tracking of wellness program reporting deliverables for high-priority customers

  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of Project Management methodology, skills and tools

  • Manage multiple projects and streams of work simultaneously

  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of a risk management processes

  • Directs the development of client deliverables, including technical specifications, to enable population measurement and wellness program evaluation

  • Ensure extracts and reports are delivered within scope, schedule, quality and are consistent with customer expectations

  • Develops and maintains data remediation processes

  • Develops and maintains complex report schedules

  • Develops and maintains report and extract templates

  • Applies the rigor of continuous process improvement to existing technologies and processes to improve report the scalability and quality of reports and extracts

  • Proactively records workflows, deliverables, and standing operating procedures for projects

  • Develops and maintains quality management procedures to ensure accuracy of project data, results, and written reports

  • Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills and ability to work within a team.

  • Stays abreast of enterprise-wide projects impacting high-profile customers

  • Report Schedule Tracking and Management

  • Report Quality Control

  • Matching data lists to create member communication.

  • 3-5 years' experience required data and reporting

Wellness Operations (Customer Analytics & Reporting):

  • Reporting Mgmt Lead (Daily operations, oversight & coordination)

  • Intake, Renewals, Change Requests & Kick-off and Implementation duties

  • Reporting Mailbox & Report Servicing

  • Incentive Portfolio Intake (IPI) Meeting Liaison

  • Legal intake & tracking (Affidavits, BAA, GHP, etc.)

  • Quality Control & Requirements Tracking

  • Report Delivery & Automation (sFTP set-up, testing & file encryption)

  • PMO/Vendor Mgmt (ie, Help Spot, PMO requests, Data Catalog, etc.)

  • Executive Scorecards

  • Manual reporting research & additions

  • WEX Bank (HSA) file management

  • Report creation (Custom) - HEP3 reporting DB (Control Sheets)

  • Report Commitment Log Database (RCL) maintenance

  • Customer Service issue tracking and (activity and eligibility) remediations
