Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
Report development and analytics.
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.

The Brand Strategy and Management team exists to provide the organization with insights, tools, assets and guidance to deploy consistent, effective and differentiated brand expressions across all communication touch points and experiences, aimed at increasing brand equity, awareness and preference.
Intern will work on 1-2 large projects directly with Brand Strategy team as well as other Integrated Marketing & Communications department teams. Work may center around insight gathering and interpretation, digital properties, identity standards and development, and communications initiatives. In addition to large projects, intern will support Brand Strategy team with 3-4 smaller-scope assignments, contributing research and analysis as requested. Will partner with Brand Strategists and Project Managers to support simultaneous projects and work streams.
Desired Skill Set:
Strong critical and strategic thinking. Strong communications and writing skills. Detail-oriented and organized mindset. Experience with Health Care and/or Marketing Communications and/or Business is a plus.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3.0 GPA or above.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
