AbleVets Network Program Coordinator in North Charleston, South Carolina

AbleVets, LLC is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing healthcare information technology services and resources to help the VA and DoD improve the lives of the people they serve. AbleVets has an opportunity for an experienced, motivated Network Program Coordinator to support projects for our customer. Position will be located on site at our customers facility in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Network Program Coordinator will provide support and execute all applicable phases of the project life cycle (e.g. planning, initiation, execution, close-out) in support of the Program Management team. Additional duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create project plans and schedules

  • Submit formal project deliverables to customers

  • Manage and track timely project resources

  • Coordinate and track the execution of project activities across team members and facilitate meetings, phone conferences, and establishment of working groups as needed

  • Identify, assess, and minimize project risks to successful project completion

  • Analyze and document current processes and workflows

  • Coordinate network activities associated with site migrations

  • Manage site ticket tracker and troubleshooting activities, sometimes requiring daily SITREPs

  • Attend project and stakeholder meetings to manage and report project progress

  • Update migration planning documents as required

  • Brief status of migration and troubleshooting activities as needed

  • Provide site closeout documentation

  • Prepare weekly status reports for management team and stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s Degree and zero (0) years of experience required. Three (3) years of related experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

  • Must possess an active T5 (SSBI) investigation with current eligibility

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter that can work under general direction in a highly collaborative, team-based environment

  • Ability to travel when necessary, up to 10%

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance is preferred

  • Previous experience providing support to the DoD
