If you take pride in your work, want a challenge that inspires your best ideas, and enjoy being part of a winning team, this is the place for you.We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:Assembler (U.S. Citizenship Required*)North Charlston, SC2019-9206Responsibilities:Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.Expected to perform and complete tests on all airplane systems, including but not limited to Oxygen, IFE, hydraulic, ICS, PECS, Low/Med/High Pressure, Fuel Tank, Avionics, Fiber Optics, Electrical, HIRF by using delicate calibrated testing equipment.Qualification:Must be able to support all shifts per business needs. Required to be available to work Mon - Sun with flexible hours based upon the factory.On assigned days, may be assigned to work up to 12 hours per day; will be assigned to work up to 40 hours per week; hours will be determined based upon business needsLift up to 25 pounds (Occasional lifting of 21-35 pounds), bend and twist at the waist, walk, crawl, crouch, stand for long periods, kneel, reach, climb/balance, flexion/extensionContact with sealants and solvents, exposure to noise, working on elevated platformsUse personal protective gear for face, eyes, ears, hand, and arms as required.Pass visual acuity and color perception testsRead, write, and comprehend the English languageHandle, use, and dispose of hazardous materialObtain and maintain training certifications as required to support assignment responsibilitiesOccasional (1 to 3 hrs) finger manipulationOn occasion, a 2-person lift may be necessary for weights greater than 50 lbsFrequent reaching overhead (3 to 6 hrs)Frequent walking on flat surfacesFrequent standing flat or uneven surfacesFrequent balancing on a ladder, steps, or uneven surfacesOccasional climbing on 3-12 ft ladders or standsRotation of head/neck, sitting, crawling, squatting, bend/stoop, lying down, and operate foot controlsOccasional contact with metalsExposure to plastics and solvents to atmospheric conditionsFrequent exposure to noise*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.Education and Experience: 1+ years of direct Aerospace Test Experience as a minimum requirement, and preferably have 3+ years of solid Aerospace Test Experience. Will not be considered without Aerospace Experience, unless having completed a relevant aerospace manufacturing program (ex.
