As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from our customers and seek to create a positive experience for each caller. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with other team members to provide outstanding support to our customers while handling a variety of complex service interactions. Order entry, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, resolution of complaints, and sharing information with our products and services are performed frequently.
We are looking for people who are clear and effective communicators, self starters, adaptable and empathetic to the customers needs!
Answering customer calls to identify and address their needs, take orders, resolve complaints or other issues with products or services; all in a manner that reduces customer effort.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, while answering questions in an effort that uses good judgement and decision-making skills.
Replying to questions regarding product, price, and order status information within established processed and procedures.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools to appropriately document information.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Bachelor's degree required.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
Demonstrates adaptability, accountability, resiliency, and prioritization.
Self-starter with strong time management and decision-making skills.
Must possess a high level of professionalism with extreme sensitivity to customer satisfaction.
Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a close team environment.
Must meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and ability to navigate internal software programs.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
