Human Resources Transformation (HRT) Senior Associate II

Position Summary:

The Business Consulting practice transforms value. Our Business Consulting practice consists of Financial Management, Operations Transformation, Strategy & Transformation, Digital Transformation & Management, and Business Applications.

Within our Organization Transformation service line, sits our Human Resources Transformation (HRT) group. Senior Associates in this group will assist our clients during various transformation initiatives.

Key engagement opportunities specific to HRT include, but are not limited to:
* Support and actively participate in multiple client service delivery teams in the execution of engagements, in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

  • Build technical and industry knowledge to support the resolution of complex client issues; concisely communicate ideas through PowerPoint and other documentation; learn how to adjust style and level of details depending on audience

  • Support Managers, Senior Managers and PPMDs through engagement delivery

  • Support business development by assisting with proposal responses where required

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts

  • Other duties as assigned

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience related to human resources required, with 1 year of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm desired. Internal HR experience a bonus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related interdisciplinary major from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is desirable.

  • Experience with business transformation projects with previous experience in HR Transformation efforts a plus

  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and structure information

  • Broad awareness of business processes, project management methodologies, and HR leading practices

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members, leaders, clients and colleagues

  • Travel range from 80% to 90%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
