Citigroup Financing & Securitization Product Manager in New York, New York
Job Responsibilities :
Partner with multiple Financing and Securitization businesses to understand their nuances and determine solutions that most effectively address their needs and the needs of senior management. Balance multiple and competing priorities to drive strategy.
Understand and develop solutions to determine, report and project Credit Risk, RWA, RoB3, RoTCE and other metrics.
Prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements
Identify areas for improvement by working with users and their management teams; prototype solutions and develop business requirements or reengineer workflows as necessary
Collaborate with technology counterparts to define requirements and ensure proper governance over applications development, testing and user communication/training.
Partner with internal organizations such as finance, risk, middle office and compliance to improve cross functional workflows, feeds and reporting
Maintain and prioritize detailed project plans
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide reporting as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidate is required to have a BA/BS
5+ years’ experience in project management, technology or business consulting.
Front office experience in asset-backed finance, credit risk, or securitization preferred
Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities
Strong data mining, MS Excel and quantitative skills preferred
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in financial markets
Experience with Credit Risk, Securitized Markets, or other Fixed Income products a plus
