KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Engagement Setup to join our Deal Advisory & Strategy organization.
Set-up engagements, manage key performance indicators, and work with the engagement team to identify areas of potential exposure
Submit and review conflict checks, conflict resolution and client and target entity research, including, Dun and Bradstreet reports, utilizing KPMG's client engagement databases and tools
Prepare work papers, invoices, and closure letters for client
Serve as a subject matter resource to engagement teams on Opportunity Management and Engagement Set-Up
Provide technical support for the firm's client/engagement set-up procedures and risk management systems
Prepare various reports related to Opportunity Management and Engagement Set-Up for leadership as needed
Minimum one year of Accounting or Finance experience preferably within a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience using internet research tools and database management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
