Your day to day

As a Front Office Duty Manager, you’ll keep our hotel running smoothly, make sure everything is working well and all our guests are safe and comfortable whilst you are on shift. You'll support the Assistant Front Office Manager and Operations Manager in leading the front office department to ensure a memorable guest experience is delivered and departmental revenue and profit goals are met - always following safety and compliance requirements and local policies and procedures.

What we need from you

Ideally, you have worked in a Front Office Supervisory role and are ready to take the next step in your career or you are currently a Duty Manager looking for some different market exposure. You have the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues and have strong attention to detail. You are an excellent problem solver with high communication skills and are flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, public holidays and overnight shift.
