This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/ada/r/jobs/6423191 Scrum MasternSt. Paul.nMain Responsibilities:nEmpowering the team to self-organize/self-manage, including Product Owners, stakeholders and technical resourcesnFacilitating team meetings, including daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, etc.nProviding input to a cross-divisional, cross-platform organization on how best to utilize our structure and tools to maximize efficiency and resultsnLeading the team through sprint planning to gain consensus as to what can be achievednGuiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customersnIdentifying and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impedimentnKnowledge of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: burn-down techniques, retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)nWorking with the Portfolio Leads to track timelines, budget and scopenQualifications:nBasic:nBachelor’s Degreen5+ year’s experience as an agile Scrum Mastern5+ years working on a technical product linenExperience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and Product OwnersnStrong relationship and organizational skillsnMust have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasksnPreferred:nDemonstrated skill and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowermentnExperience working with international colleagues and/or development partnersnAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical staffnExperience working with “new” agile teamsnUse of Microsoft Visual Studio TFS/VSTSnCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificationnEEO EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
