Flight Centre Travel Group (USA) Inc. seeks Manager, Corporate Contracts-Americas Region in New York, NY. •Focus on commercial terms within assigned Client, supplier, and vendor agreements: negotiating payment language, minimum payment thresholds, SLAs, signing incentives and bonus’ and commercial penalties. •Interpret contracts for the corporate travel management business and advise stakeholders on the relevant terms as well as assist in any business decisions relating to the contract terms.•Manage contract handover template/process once an agreement is fully executed with the goal of sharing the most relevant business information directly to the parties who have a need to know. •Build strong relationships with groups including product, technology, operations, marketing, communications, and other teams to ensure close alignment on contracts before, during and after agreement negotiations. •Maintain a strong relationship with the corporate legal and risk groups, acting as an extension of their team, ensuring compliance and process for every agreement/negotiation. •Provide advice and support on a broad range of matters including data privacy, working with the chief privacy office to ensure that the company and client can meet all of its privacy obligations. •Provide briefings to the sales community and ongoing contract guidance relating to terms and conditions, balancing the client's requirements with those of the internal stakeholders , mitigating legal risk. •Reviewing existing contracts to locate any potential breaches add updates as requested by signers. •Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). •Manage and maintain information on contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency with industry standards, corporate and regulatory policies and procedures. •Aid the process for client’s security questionnaires and intake forms. Triage the requests to ensure each relevant department can answer with the full context given. •Attend contract platform deployment meetings to comment on all corporate agenda items including workflow, approvers, contract language, process, user experience, platform adoption and issue escalation. •Communicate with Flight Centre global leaders to ensure the platform is constructed in a way that supports business goals, alleviates identified pain points and helps continue to streamline contracting process. •Review and improve commercial contract language and clauses including SLA penalties, signing bonuses, program incentives, savings and low fare guarantees. •Platform testing and acceptance prior to any new deployment. •Assist in legacy contract cataloging, the building of a standard suite of reports and continually updating the correct user/license information to ensure maximum cost effectiveness. •Provide platform updates to business leadership as requested including demos, reports on usage, customer service updates, platform upgrades/capabilities and continued communication on critical platform deployment dates. •Work alongside leadership in all technical roles to ensure that the data transfer between all company platforms is as efficient as possible. •Act as business liaison with platform support teams and corporate leadership to ensure the business needs are met, with timely service, streamlined costs, and identifying where there is risk or exposure. •Responsible for AirPlus corporate payment partnership to develop and direct commercial strategy, contract negotiation, sale of products and services, financials, business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers, staff development, business awareness and escalation of operational issues. •Assist in the commercial strategy of vendor relationships. Set goals, KPIs, revenue targets, attend regular review meetings to comment on the commercial standing of the relationship and assist building business awareness. Individual contributor. Does not mange personnel. Does not manage a function.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of experience.Salary: $104,957 - $123,600 per year.
